allow you to choose how involved you want to be in the rental process. We cater to all types of owners, from those who
want to be involved with every aspect of renting their property, to those who choose to do nothing more than receive a
check in the mail. At My Maine Get a Way, LLC we pride ourselves on treating each owner individually and meeting their
specific needs and wishes. Our staff is never more than a phone call away!
Level I: For those owners who like to have personal contact with every rental client, this is the package for you.
In this package, your property is listed on our website; you get the advantage of using us to help you market your property,
but all customers are directed to contact you personally.
Level II: You get to relax, we'll take care of the details. In this package we take care of rental contracts,
the finances and the customer service. Your potential and contracted rental clients are in great hands.
We'll treat them like a guest of our own, while providing you with the utmost in customer service.
Guests make contact with us via phone or email and we'll reserve your property, collect the deposit,
get a contract signed, and help the guest with all of their needs in preparing for their vacation.
Upon arrival the guest will call us with any concerns or questions… You just wait for the check in the mail.
Level III: In addition to providing everything listed in the level II package, this package also includes all
maintenance and services for your property. You truly leave all the work to us, this can include mowing the lawn,
cleaning the property, and in house repairs or emergencies. There is nothing for you to worry about.

Rates & Fees:
Level I: Internet listing fee of $200 annually
Level II: Internet listing fee of $200 annually, plus a low 12% commission from each booking.
Level III: Internet listing fee of $200 annually, plus a low 14% commission from each booking. All additional services, including mowing, cleaning, trash removal and maintenance are charged at an additional cost.
